Our clients include leading dealer groups, manufacturers, and property investors. The company’s sole focus on the franchised dealer market has enabled us to develop market leading sector knowledge and provide clients with a bespoke motor retail property service. Our aim is to provide clients with the best property service in the motor retail sector at the lowest overall cost. This data allows us to extensively analyse the national car dealership market; for example determine average rents per Region, average lease lengths per Region, and property availability regionally. We are also asset managers for the Motor Retail Investment Limited Partnership, an investment vehicle established to specifically invest in the car dealership market. So far this fund has accumulated around £37.6m of assets.
