Q-Mark, Inc. opened its doors in 1990 representing a handful of quality manufacturers. Over the years Q-Mark, Inc. has grown to represent over a dozen manufacturers. As shown by our success, Q-Mark, Inc. provides an aggressive and dynamic manufacturers’ representative organization accomplished in the sales of electrical/electronic components and related sub-systems. With an average sales experience of over twenty-five years in the Great Lakes region, Q-Mark, Inc. addresses military and OEM markets, as well as their sub-contractors. The field sales efforts of four outside sales people are backed by an experienced, highly interactive inside sales staff which provides the necessary internal support for success. Communication is the key to success as provided by an automated electronic office that includes PC’s which are EDI capable, facsimile machines, cellular phones and internet connections. The degree of our professionalism and experience within our territory is evidenced by Q-Mark’s strong working relationship with our customers. These relationships encompass engineering from the initial design requirements through the purchasing phase with continued contact to ensure customer satisfaction. At Q-Mark, our mission is to focus on engineering to become the primary source on new designs. We will continue to follow these projects from development to production, purchasing through shipping. Q-Mark will even help you with pull-in/push-outs, expedites, tracking, and RMAs.
