RQC Group Pty Ltd (RQC Group) was previously Baker FM Pty Ltd (Baker FM). We are a privately-owned business that commenced operations in 2012. In our early year’s, our focus was on facility and maintenance management. The company was re-structured with a new managing director appointed in 2017. This allowed the business to introduce construction services as an additional revenue stream. More recently in 2020 we appointed a General Manager into our leadership group. This has seen us further progress our structure to establish RQC Group. Our name was derived from our core values, being Respect, Quality, & Connection. Within RQC Group we have established business entities to allow for a dedicated focus on our key areas of operation, being RQC Constructions (Construction and Building Services), Baker FM (Facility Management), and RQC Developments. Executive Managers now lead these divisions supported by our senior management team, and our Administration/Accounts team.
