LearningCollaboration was established in 2009 to help organisations improve their collaboration processes, tools and culture to achieve tangible benefits. Interestingly collaboration is not a natural behaviour or cultural norm in most companies, but rather like safety performance it can be learned and embedded. “Communities of Practice” (CoPs) represent an excellent way of achieving improved collaboration across a variety of disciplines, and are a good starting point for many organisations. The key is to understand the relationship between people, process and technology – Learning Collaboration works with companies to help achieve effective and efficient CoPs.
