We investigate how industrial research performance can be measured and managed. We facilitate exchange between its members, supports scientific research, and serves as a platform for discussion and dissemination of results in the field. We further support the implementation of results and provide space for intense experience in the area of performance measurement and management at the highest levels. We also consult on the optimization and implementation of innovation processes to improve the performance of collaboration between research departments and adjacent departments.
