The club has been much focused on its end goal, where through its various activities it aims at making students ready for their SIS and Placements. It uses a three-pronged strategy to achieve this. Group Discussion: A series of group discussions are held where feedback is provided based on the performance of the students Mock Personal Interview: Mock Personal Interviews are conducted by senior batch students Expert Sessions: These session captures the do’s and don’ts related to the various aspects of CV building and personal interviews Mission- Providing high quality and feedback-focused activities which will prepare, improve and enhance the potential of fellow IRMANs to excel in the Summer Internship Segments (SIS) and Final Placements. Vision- To promote and continuously improve the activities related to the club’s Mission.
