Tecma Associates, Inc. was established in 1994 and is a registered Professional Engineering and Land Surveying Corporation located in Chicago, Illinois. Tecma provides complete Civil Engineering and Surveying project services, with a special emphasis on Construction Management for various private and public agencies. The management team of Tecma includes, Mr. Manesh Shastri, P.E., Ms. Ann Berube, P.E., Mr. Manuel E. Palma, P.E., P.L.S., Mr. Jared Kirchheimer, P.E., and Mr. Hari Rabadia; all of whom have a long and successful history of professional experience in the above fields. Tecma has built a reputation of providing excellent services by strictly adhering to the highest standards with a company philosophy of developing and providing accurate and cost effective solutions.
