Think Sage was founded with a vision to improve access to resources pertaining to real-job and career skills to every student across India from the current situation of being accessible to only a selected few colleges and universities. Our mission is to improve the employability of students across India by means of highly relevant skill-based courses combined with gamified experiences. We are a small team of amazing professionals (IIM alums with considerable work experience in leading organizations including TCS, Yes Bank, Titan, OYO, ZS Associates, etc) have been mentoring students since last year. While assisting students, we came to realize two things - 1. Most students have more or less similar capabilities and talent across the campuses, however, access to resources and mentoring is what makes the difference in the long run (Tier 1 colleges vs other colleges) 2. While almost every college prepares their students for technical skills, industry demands good command over soft skills to grow up in the leadership ladder in which most students struggle Think Sage with its Initiatives is creating a community focused on Knowledge Sharing to deliver valuable training on relevant skills and instill the youth with their true potential.
