The Organization of Nurse Leaders (ONL) is a not-for-profit, professional membership organization for current and aspiring nurse leaders. Our mission is to advance a culture of health through excellence in nursing. We do this by championing professional development for nurse leaders and building strong advocacy on policy issues that impact nursing practice. Our roots are in the New England states, but nurses and other healthcare professionals nationwide can benefit from our programs, network, and support.
