Investing in the Future–A Tier One General Aviation Facility In March of 2015, the airport broke ground for a new administration building, gutting the existing one for renovation, demolishing part of it and adding a third floor to meet future tenants’ needs. The newly renovated building will feature a state-of-the-art, energy-efficient HVAC system designed to work in tandem with “smart glass” cladding the building’s exterior–integral to receiving LEED Silver Certification for maximizing energy efficiency and make the most of renewable, sustainable resources.
