#PayNowEatLater is a non-profit initiative and declaration of love for the culinary diversity of our cities and is designed to support the cool bars, cozy cafes and delicious restaurants in times of the Corona crisis. As we are currently unable to fulfil our actual jobs in the food cosmos due to the Corona crisis, we have made it our mission to give something back to the restaurateurs who are threatened by extinction and who give us so much pleasure every day, and to stand by us in this exceptional situation. It is precisely the small bars, restaurants and cafés that are run with so much passion and love that suffer most from the restrictions of public life and often have to fear for their future. Our mission is to give these shops a platform to ensure that they can keep their heads above water until the end of this difficult time.
