So often today we hear that bees are on the decline worldwide and without bees, less plants will be pollinated, leading to less food produced by our farmers and less for us to eat. That’s not great news! So when we were given the opportunity to learn more about bees and saw them first hand in their hives, a deep respect for these girls developed and we fell in love. An apiary was born. Our apiary is rather nomad-like, we follow the seasonal flora, capitalising on the best honey flow areas.
