Every bottle of award-winning Simple Vodka starts with 9.5lbs of locally sourced Idaho Russet potatoes and pure water from the Snake River Aquifer. That’s it - no added sugar, artificial flavors, or preservatives. Next we use our proprietary, four-column distillation and filtration system to produce a spirit that is round and easy on the palette. Our manufacturing process uses less energy and produces less waste than most of our competitors. But we don’t stop there - we use wind and solar energy, recycle our wastewater, and upcycle our potato byproduct into animal feed. Why? Because we don’t think making great vodka should have to come at the expense of the environment. What results is a distinctly smooth and unreasonably delicious vodka - whether served in your favorite cocktail or straight on the rocks.
