Wakefield Grammar School Foundation is one of the country’s leading families of single-sex independent day schools incorporating Queen Elizabeth Grammar School (QEGS), Wakefield Girls’ High School (WGHS) and Mulberry House Nursery. There are five schools in total, as both QEGS and WGHS have a Junior School and a Senior School, in addition to the Nursery. In total there are around 2,000 pupils across the five schools and almost 500 employees covering both teaching and support staff.
