Canadian Food Focus is a gathering place to tell our Canadian food and farming stories, explore how food is grown and raised, share recipes and provide useful advice to help people make confident food choices. Our goal is to create understanding, grow a community, engage consumers and amplify great content from farmers and farm groups, as well as dietitians and food professionals. We will share content through a consumer website and social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Youtube. Our content will be developed by experts in the areas of farming, food and nutrition and organized into the following themes: ~ In Your Kitchen: articles written by food professionals about cooking with Canadian ingredients. ~ Recipes: a series of articles with recipes supplied by Canadian farm organizations. ~ Health: articles written by dietitians about healthy eating. ~ Canadian Food Stories: articles about Canadian foods and food producers. ~ On the Farm: behind the scenes photos and video from farmers.
