Expert Claims Adjusters, Inc. (ECA) is a public adjusting company that was started in 2004 after one of Florida’s most devastating hurricane seasons. The founder and president of the company, Eduardo Rodriguez, started ECA with a mission for providing adequate and aggressive representation to those unable to find a suitable resolution to their loss claims. Over the years, ECA has grown to include an extensive support staff, an in-house legal department, as well as an expanding roll call of professional public adjusters who have experience in construction, engineering, business management, and accounting.
