Stracta Consultoria was established in 2008, based on the methodological discussions of a group of professors and consultants who had already been working together for over 10 years, implementing consulting projects in strategy for different agribusiness organizations. In these discussions, the autonomous consultants, at the time, questioned the static and configured model of traditional consulting services and proposed the challenge to rethink the delivery of value to customers. The technical and academic knowledge accumulated in professionals with expertise ranging from corporate governance and succession to financial management, especially in organizational tactics and strategies, allowed this group to develop a market position oriented towards the real need of the organizations. The “alongside” concept is attributed to this position, as it grounds our delivery of value, that is, being alongside our partners, developing unique deliveries and methodologies and creating value for the organization through the continuous learning together with their leaders and employees. This position grounds the way we deliver our “proposal of value” to the companies. In this proposal, we highlight our essence, that is, we act together in the resolution of problems, whether they have a tactic or a strategic character.
