If our clients decide to undertake any renovations we recommend, our own licensed and bonded contractors will do the work. There are no out-of-pocket expenses as payment will come out of proceeds. And the best part is that our clients keep the added value. For buyers, the issue is that finding the perfect home in today’s market is almost impossible. If a home hits the market and it’s a great value, it’s under contract in a day or two. If there is a home that’s perfect and turnkey, it’s always just a little out of price range. Or, if there is a home in your desired location that is in or below your price range, it needs a daunting amount of work.
