MAP Strategic Workforce Services (commonly known as MAP) was formally incorporated as a non-profit organization in February 2016. MAP Strategic Workforce Services is an industry-led non-profit organization dedicated to advocating inclusive and diverse learning cultures in NB workplaces through effective mentorship curriculums & programs, change management strategies and human resources best practices. MAPSWS has expertise in the skilled trades sector. MAPSWS delivers four programs: the New Brunswick Mentor Apprentice Program (NBMAP), New Boots: Progressing Women in Trades, First in Trades (FIT) and STEP (Skilled Trades Exploration Program).
