Set up as three interlinked research centers specializing in brand research and strategy, digital marketing, and healthcare research, we cover a wide range of work spanning brand and advertising strategy, web brand equity, omnichannel marketing, and healthcare strategy. We pioneered the concept of lab-based experimental research, realizing that “what people say and what they do on the Internet is not often the same.” Our state-of-the-art 6000 sq. ft. research lab in Orlando, called the Weblab, specializes in web brand equity studies, UI-UX-CX, digital advertising optimization, digital prototype development, and omnichannel studies. The research facility includes a 1000 sq. ft. mock retail store to study omnichannel strategies, a 24-seat group lab to research websites and digital advertising, an eye-tracking / biometric lab, and focus group rooms. Since its inception, the company has conducted over 600 projects for clients drawn from consumer, technology, banking, healthcare, education, media, tourism, and entertainment industries.
