It has a basis in eastern martial arts and philosophy as well as western psychotherapy. Not only a physical martial art, you will also learn about Tai Chi, Chi Gung, Transactional Analysis, Kappasinian Hypnotherapy, Sports Psychology and much more. Predominately an upright style (stand up game) you will learn the art of manipulating your opponents structure as well as fast and fluent striking power. You will feel confident in any situation through the foundation of sparring with unpredictable opponents. You will learn techniques for avoiding take downs and stay on your feet.
