As the sole proprietor of Syniad Learning, I develop engaging elearning. I create online learning that uses technology and storytelling effectively to draw participants in and let them practice new skills that they can apply in their jobs. I design and develop online and blended learning and convert face-to-face training to online. I help clients select the best technology for the job and support them in using that technology to solve problems. I manage projects and provide instructional design consulting.
