ShieldWear was founded to support the UK care home sector get the PPE resources they require in light of the COVID-19 outbreak. We expanded to help companies acquire the equipment they need to get their employees back into the workplace. Our founder is the Chairman of a charity Care Home in London. In the current pandemic, he was quick to identify the lack of infrastructure to source and manufacture the level of protective equipment that is required to reduce the risk of infectious spreading.
