The company has grown since 1994 into a full service Land Surveying, Planning, Civil Engineering, and Wetland Services company, tackling jobs as large as the Seahawks/Sounders Stadium, Qwest Field, yet maintaining the ability to service the general public. The “mom and pops”, Jurisdictions, small builders to large scale Private and Commercial developers, we handle it all. It is company priority to keep an eye on the whole process, to balance the needs of clients, and to meet the demands of the municipalities. The code changes, policy interpretations and change of personnel creates an ever evolving environment of regulations. We are here to help our clients along this sometimes torturous path.
