Pyramid, formally LGBT Melton and Charnwood is a non-profit organisation that was set up in Melton Mowbray in response to the isolation and discrimination faced by LGBTQ+ community in the area. Our service offers a youth group, 18+ social groups, one to one support, counselling, training for other professionals and education in the community. As well as supporting young people, Pyramid also supports the campaign against homophobia, transphobia, biphobia and all other forms of discrimination. What We Offer Regular confidential youth groups in Melton Mowbray and Charnwood 1-2-1 confidential support and information. Support with coming out. Support with issues at school, college or at home. Careers advice. Fun and interactive presentations by other agencies and professionals. Access to other services that may help you. Access to free sexual health services including contraception and advice from trained professionals. Support to help you stay safe in your relationships and your community. Mediation service. We offer alternative education to our group members.
