Redrock Power Systems develops fuel cell systems for the marine and stationary power industries. Redrock is currently in early stage development of class-approved, PEM fuel cell systems in the 50kW and 500kW capacity ranges. Multiple units can be combined to produce up to 5MW of carbon-free electricity. Redrock has a solid partnership with world leading fuel cell developer, Ballard Power Systems. Redrock's target marine applications include ferries, tugboats, fishing vessels, and support vessels. Stationary power applications are focused on niche markets where low cost fuel is available, such as byproduct hydrogen produced in various industrial processes.
