All about family…and incredibly delicious cookies! When my nephew was 2 years old, he was diagnosed with a gluten allergy. Having earned my Pastry Chef degree, I poured my energy and love into creating recipes for great tasting, lightly sweet and mouthwatering cookies made with gluten-free ingredients. To my surprise, what started as crafting cookies for my nephew, quickly grew into a family business! With a brand name and values in honor of my mother Josefina, and my daughter Andrea by my side to run operations, Josephine’s Baking Company was born to bring our perfectly crafted cookies to you and your family.
