Evolve Enterprise Solutions (EES) is an independent platform for entrepreneurial and special situations. The firm offers managerial and advisory mandates in operational private equity and venture capital with key specialisms in emerging technologies and specialty finance. EES was incorporated in September 2019 as an umbrella company for executive mandates and entrepreneurial initiatives.
