AMALA is a collective adventure resulting from the professional reconversion of qualified migrant women. These women, in addition to being fine cooks and knowing at their fingertips the gastronomy of their countries, are doctor, graphic designer, lawyer, teacher, administrative assistant and mistress of ceremonies. Their common points: the love for traditional cuisine and a strong desire for socio-professional integration. The main objective of AMALA is to offer the people of Geneva a refined and exotic cuisine inspired by culinary art from five continents.
