Metalogic PMS is run by all women staff. Metalogic started in 2015 by Monica Bachchan. Staff have 80 percent women staff. Monica Bachchan has been trying to give exposure to women in steel and mining industry. The industry has least no. of women staff and less than 1% reaches to the management level. Metalogic is a leading mass media organization which organizes events for steel, mining, and logistic industry. Metalogic published daily news to cover – steel, mining (iron ore and coal), logistics, steel prices, India and global news. Metalogic is highly active on social media and it has a channel on Youtube which is followed by 2600 plus subscribers from our industry. All steel and mining related videos can be found at the YouTube channel. Metalogic is helping engineering colleges and universities by giving opportunities to their students and faculty to attend the steel events for free and encouraging female students to take metallurgy courses to make career. Metalogic is also helping to promote R&D in steel and mining industry to improve quality, increase energy efficiency and help in waste management. Metalogic has taken several initiatives to promoted green technologies by running ‘Climate Change Theme Webinars’ for this particular industry.
