EFFICIENT TIME MANAGED PROJECTS VSK sets a schedule in accordance with the client, the cost consultant, the time required for construction. We then work backwards from the Occupancy Date allowing time for award of contract, tendering, client approvals at specific stages, working drawings, revisions, design development, concept design and start-up meetings. We also allow some contingency time in our schedules. We correct deviations by putting extra people and extra time on the project.
