TMTSI is an African American-owned leadership development and coaching company led by Dr. M. D. Williams, "Dr. No Days Off, " an emerging expert in the field of servant leadership and self-leadership TMTSI's mission is to help organizations create leadership development strategies to overcome challenges that prevent growth and success. To accomplish our mission, we train leaders in (1) Mission Alignment: ensuring that resources and actions are focused on mission accomplishments; (2) Operations Management: supervision and evaluation of staff programs and processes; (3) Resource Development: securing financial resources to support and sustain the organization; (4) Financial Management: budgeting, oversight, and control of financial resources; (5) Managing Stakeholder Relations: supporting external and internal stakeholders and their responsibilities and interests plus representing the organization to external partners and the community; (6) Goal Setting: oversight of long term program development and goal setting. TMTSI approaches project management with great planning to save organizational time, money, and reduce issues as the project progress. We initiate business cases and project plans to analyze the costs and benefits of a proposed changed process; while identifying avenues to ensure project goal achievement and reducing recurrent costs. Our business cases and project plans present an environment of co-evolutionary decisions and resources towards projects. TMTSI assists individuals and organizations with ideas, initiatives, and strategies that aim towards improving the value of individual and organizational goals, mission, and values. We strategize to assist in increasing revenues, business expansion and growth, building strategic partnerships, and executive leadership and management decisions.
