Founded by Nicolas and Stephanie Sorensen, Embody Wellness is located in the heart of Provo, Utah and serves clients throughout Utah Valley. We offer massage therapy, private yoga, kinesiology health consultations, BodyTalk, EFT, Life Coaching, supplements, workshops and guided meditation. Though our Wellness Center opened its doors in January 2016, the roots of our business go back to 2007, when Nicolas first began practicing massage therapy in Utah Valley. In 2013, after working with a chiropractor for many years, Nicolas left the safety of employment to pursue his own business, armed with the dream to help people naturally overcome chronic pain. Three years later, Embody Wellness was born, expanding the scope of our business to incorporate a wider variety of healing modalities. Stephanie certified as a yoga instructor from a local studio back in 2013. She developed the comprehensive prenatal program, Bodhi Birth, based in yoga and meditation, designed to help women and couples be fully “awake” for their birth, parenthood and life.
