Sunil Nayyar Consultants (SNC) is a multi-disciplinary building services engineering design consulting firm dealing in MEP (Electrical, Air-conditioning (HVAC), Plumbing & Fire Fighting), Green Buildings and Lighting Design services in buildings and infrastructure segment. The firm was established in 1992 by Mr. Sunil Nayyar. Over the last 21 years the firm has designed services in over 1000 projects for some of the leading developers such as DLF, HINES (US), Oberoi, Unitech, Apollo, Godrej, ITC etc. ranging from complexity of hotels and hospitals to tenant and developer comfort balance in IT parks and retail to the high precision HVAC of sporting venues & data centers. Also, our firm has been a leading MEP consultancy provider to Microsoft, Oracle, Fidelity, E&Y, Nokia, AMEX, IBM, Daksh, Cisco, Serco etc. for their office interior fit-outs. Our design teams have always focused at making MEP systems efficient, green and sustainable and at the same time provide utmost comfort and indoor quality to the occupants. This was further upgraded by inclusion of LEED and GRIHA consulting services into our portfolio in 2009 by forming a separate entity called Green Horizon Consulting. We are also members of the U.S. Green Building Council and the Indian Green Building Council and are fully committed towards the Green Building movement in India. We presently have some very prestigious green sustainable projects under design and execution for Hines (USA), Jaypee Group, K Raheja etc.
