As President/CEO of Lakefront Supportive Housing during its merger with Mercy Housing, Jean learned that mergers and other forms of strategic restructuring could help nonprofit agencies expand their impact. She founded M+S Consulting to help nonprofit organizations become stronger through mergers, partnerships, and other forms of restructuring. Today, M+S is the largest provider of nonprofit restructuring services in the Midwest. Since its inception, M+S has completed more than 60 separate mergers and partnership transactions with our clients, and reviewed dozens more proposed collaborations.
