The entire door edge is fitted with a continuous vinyl strip containing a flat magnet that is compressed when the door is closed. This device, commonly called a “gasket”, is miter cut and heat welded to the exact specifications of the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) to fit each refrigeration unit by make, model, and year of manufacture.
