Latitude 61 Properties LLC, or Lat61, began as a hope and a dream for a different way of life. A means of escape from the every day “rat race” of the corporate world, to a tempo that we controlled. Lat61 is based in Anchorage, Alaska, and derives it’s name from the line of latitude at which Anchorage sits; 61.2181° N. It is a veteran and woman-owned, Alaskan small business that focuses on short-term rental properties. Lat61 is owned and co-managed by the dynamic duo, husband-and-wife team of Land and Sara. Both have resided in Alaska for 18+ years, and plan to keep Alaska as their forever home.
