She is passionate about the impact good design has on the efficacy of social messages - especially in cross-cultural contexts - and its role in community building. Co-founder Tim Webster is the analytical arty guy. Driven by metrics that mean something, he has over 5 years experience working in the not-for-profit cultural sector. He has served on the Boards of a number of organisations and is the former Director of a Melbourne based arts organisation.
