Be1Support1 is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) corporation created to provide free individualized mentorship for nurses by nurses. The Be1Support1 nurse mentorship program provides a unique opportunity for nursing students, new nurses, and nurses transitioning into a new role or department to develop a special bond with an experienced nurse and find the support that they need as they navigate throughout the profession.
