We make offices rock. -Participants take weekly 30 minute lessons on an instrument they've never played before. -We form the participants into bands of 4 or 5 people and help them rehearse. -Bands perform at a Battle of the Bands company event. The program is designed to make the point that learning a new skill requires time, patience, teamwork and practice. We want people to apply these same learning methods to the skills they need to get better at their jobs and add value to your company. We call on your employees to get out of their comfort zones and try something radically different. There’s no better way to build a team than to start a band. The program challenges employees to take a risk by learning something new, while at the same time getting to know colleagues from other parts of the company.
