Discovery was founded in 2002 with a mission of partnering with local churches to provide affordable, professional counseling to our community. Our unique relationships with churches and ministries of Central Florida and surrounding areas allow us to also provide a spiritual emphasis in our counseling. Throughout the counseling process, we encourage our clients’ spiritual development and growth within the context of Christian community. Discovery Counseling is made up of licensed therapists (Mental Health Counselors, Marriage and Family Therapists, and Clinical Social Workers) and registered interns pursuing license who have earned at least a Master’s degree from the most respected seminaries and graduate schools in our country. Our therapists counsel from a Christian perspective and are also professional, competent, and caring.
