Turnkey Managers was established by life long friends and neighbors Phillip Brock and Michael Stratton. The company was born out of necessity. Michael and wife Amanda had started hosting a space on Airbnb as a source of “passive income”. Like many bnb’s in Asheville the listing did phenomenally well and took on a life of its own. What was a passive side gig quickly morphed into a full time managing operation. With the workload becoming unsustainable, the Strattons sought out a property management company. Unfortunately, the only options in town were charging upwards of 25% and requiring the cleaning fee to be set astronomically high! As the saying goes, necessity is the mother of all innovation and Turnkey Managers was born. The Turnkey Managers model was designed to adapt to the varying needs of a wide spectrum of property owners in Asheville; from in-law suites to castles on the mountain! Services include: -Weekly blog post for host who want to stay up-to-date with best practices and local politics Consultative services for those who want to start or improve a listing (first one is free) -GAP (Going Away Plan) provides our full managing service to folks who want to keep their property up and running while they are away on vacation -Cleaning..we operate our our own cleaning operation which helps us keep costs down. We offer cleaning as a stand-alone service for other hosts, or for home owners who want their personal residences maintained on a regular basis -Full Managing Service will turn your rental into a Turnkey operation. From fielding and responding to inquiries, to responding to the dreaded “middle of the night call” we’ve got it covered. We’ll make the income truly passive.
