The first beauty college located in the heart of Little Saigon in Garden Grove started in 1999. In 2012, Advance Beauty College expanded to a second beauty college in Laguna Hills, CA. Advance Beauty College - Garden Grove and Laguna Hills offers courses in Cosmetology, Barbering, Esthetician, Manicuring, and Teacher Training.
