Core Taekwondo is a traditional martial arts studio located in downtown San Mateo. Founded by a former elementary school teacher with a black belt in 5 different styles, our philosophy is Traditional Techniques, Modern Instruction. Our curriculum has been developed with the goal of delivering exceptional results; through step by step instruction, students of all backgrounds and abilities gain confidence, improve their focus, reduce stress and become black belts in the Korean martial art of Taekwondo.
