Costello Syndrome Family Network, CSFN, is a 501(c)3 charity who's purpose is to recognize and use the knowledge and experience of families of persons with developmental disabilities, special health needs and other special needs, and to benefit those individuals by providing a coordinated, family centered and community based network of information, advocacy, resources, services and supports in order to assist such individuals and their families in keeping up their independent lives.
