RESB (Real Estate Services Bulgaria) is the investment and project management company of Cinema City International in Bulgaria. RESB is focused on the design, construction, financing and marketing of large-scale real estate projects and its portfolio in the country currently exceeds € 300 million in more than 260,000 m2 of retail and office space. After successfully completing the Mall of Sofia (June 2006) and the Mall Plovdiv (March 2009) projects, RESB has now three active commercial projects throughout Bulgaria: Mall Rousse, Mall Stara Zagora and Park Tower, and strong ambitions to expand its business activities on the Balkans.
