Completed in July 2008, The Metro Condominiums is a 121-unit mixed-use residential development offering studio, one, two, three bedroom condominium residences as well as unique two story "live-work" condominium units. The 117 residential units range in size from approximately 582 to 1,402 square feet. Each unit will also have a private deck or patio, providing significant additional square footage of exterior living space for the resident. The 4 “live-work” units provide street-level business (retail or office) with second-floor residential spaces. There are internal stairways in each to join the two levels / units. These spaces will have direct street-level access at the front entry and rear access to the reserved parking; the upstairs level will also directly access the enclosed parking structure. The architect was JSA Architects, and the General Contractor was Ellsworth-Paulsen Construction Services. The developer is Alan J. Wood, owner of Wood City Centre Associates, LC.
