The owner, Erica L. Ingram, is a notary public in the state of Washington and a member of AAERT, the American Association of Electronic Reporters & Transcribers, as a certified electronic court reporter and transcriber. A Quo Co. is court approved in over 40 jurisdictions for transcription. We are proudly a woman-owned small business and a certified corporate member of AAERT. We accept check, money order, credit cards, PayPal, and Bill Me Later as well as net-28 terms for approved businesses. We offer word indexes, condensed versions, "working copies", tables of authority on every transcript where applicable, and hyperlinked tables of contents and headers in every court transcript at no additional cost to you. Federal courts appreciate and prefer hyperlinked filings and we provide hyperlinks in our transcripts where possible via Google Scholar/.gov websites. We also provide transcription services via phone dictation.
