We have worked on over 425 training center projects in 35 states, Canada, Japan, and Egypt. Our services include feasibility studies, master planning, comprehensive architectural and engineering designs of new training centers, evaluating and improving existing training centers, and designing burn buildings, training towers, and other training structures and props. Project sizes have ranged from $500k to $80M. Jonathan McElwain is the Vice President of EL&M and focuses on structural engineering for buildings, especially U.S. embassies and consulates overseas, federal buildings in metropolitan Washington, DC, park and recreational facilities, historic structures, and physical security. Providing structural solutions for both new and existing buildings, we have a passion for collaborating with owners and architectural teams, whether on a $500M new construction project or a small, privately-funded historical renovation. Founded in 1999 with a company history dating back to 1953, we have a skilled and experienced staff.
