BAR & BISTRO From adventure in Basque country to a restaurant in Belgium, we serve world-food in pintxo portions. Curiosity is key to exploration in our bar & bistro! Our concept is inspired by Spanish food culture, but our chefs fuse foods from all around the globe, often seasoned with a Pintxos personal twist. Everything is fresh and home-made, seasonal and ever changing. THE KITCHEN Is open 12 till 15h & 17 till 22h, saturday and sunday from 12 till 22h. Pintxos is open thursday-friday-saturday-sunday. NO RESERVATIONS We do not take reservations. We do apply fast service, tables come and go at a pace that makes your waiting time spent with a drink fly by like a non-intoxicated jet pilot.
